People use Pinterest to shop, and your brand could be their next great find. Get your products in front of the right people, right when they're deciding what to buy.
You'll need a Pinterest business account to start using Catalogues and Shopping Ads. You can upgrade your existing personal account to use business features, or sign up for a new account.
80% of Pinners have made a purchase based on content that they saw from brands on Pinterest.1 Shopping Ads boost your distribution and help your products stand out. Just pick the product groups that you want to promote, and we’ll handle the rest. Pinterest will automatically show your ads to relevant shoppers, matching your products with the people that we think are likely to love them.
Shopping Ads are marked with a special price tag icon and use our Product Pin format. Product Pins pull in real-time pricing info, availability and a product description. If someone decides to buy your product, they’ll click to finish the transaction on your site.
Pinterest Catalogues are the fastest way to get your products onto Pinterest. You can turn your entire product catalogue into Product Pins, all at once. Once your data source has been approved, Product Pins are automatically created for every item in the upload. Then, you can sort products into groups and create Shopping Ads.
Anyone with a Pinterest business account can use Pinterest Catalogues. To get started, we’ll ask you to connect a product data source. You can learn more about accepted data sources in our Help Centre.
If you don’t have the right kind of data for Catalogues, you can use Rich Pins instead. Rich Pins also display product information, but you have to create each Pin individually and you can’t use Rich Pins for Shopping Ads. You can only create Shopping Ads with Pins created through Catalogues.
Fashion and home décor retailers can also use Shop the Look, an organic format that lets you tag multiple products within the same lifestyle image. When someone clicks on a specific product, Pinterest shows them similar items that are available to buy.
