As a leading trade association for advertising agencies, the 4A’s is deeply involved in the industry’s biggest milestones. And this year, the group has its own milestone to celebrate: its 100th anniversary.
To commemorate, the 4A’s is running a content series about the people, agencies and ideas that make advertising happen. We’re honored to be one of the 4A’s 100th anniversary content partners. Pinterest has long been a resource for creative professionals, from mood board planning to campaign inspiration.
We’re teaming up with the 4A’s to create Pinterest boards full of fresh, inspiring ideas from some of the best minds in advertising across five creative disciplines: Art direction, Copywriting, Innovation, Interactive and Storytelling.
Here’s what you’ll find in the first round of boards:
Art direction: See Pins from Jessica Toye, Senior Art Director at J. Walter Thompson. Toye’s recent work for Black Lives Matter helped J. Walter Thompson land a spot on on Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies of 2017.”
Copywriting: Jezzika Chung is a junior copywriter at TBWA\Media Arts Lab. She has worked extensively with Apple, including their “Shot on iPhone” campaign.
Innovation: This board is being curated by Lizzie Wilson, Associate Creative Director at McCann. Her team recently brought the “Fearless Girl” bronze statue to life in New York.
Interactive: Sarah Hofstetter is saving to our Interactive board. She started her career in journalism, and now leads industry-changing work as the CEO of 360i.
Storytelling: Juan Carlos Pagan is the Co-Founder and Creative Director at Sunday Afternoon. He has a fun tie to Pinterest, too: he designed our logo!
Keep an eye on the 4A’s Pinterest boards for fresh content as the 100th anniversary celebration continues.
Congrats to the 4A’s!
