Buyable Pins start rolling out today!

Tim Kendall

Earlier this month, we announced Buyable Pins—the simple, secure way to sell your products on Pinterest. Today, we’re excited to start rolling them out to U.S. Pinners on iPhone and iPad.

Here’s a quick look at how it works and how your business can get involved.

Blue means you can buy

You’ll start seeing Buyable Pins all over Pinterest—in the home feed, on boards and in search results. If a Pin has a blue price, it means you can buy it.

Say you’re on the hunt for a new jacket. Try a search, then swipe through all the Buyable Pins at the top of your search results. Filter by price to hone in on the right Pin for you.

You can even compare all your color choices, right on the Pin itself. Not ready to buy yet? Pin your favorite option and come back to it later.

Shop millions of Pins

In the next few weeks, 30 million Pins all over Pinterest will become buyable. You’ll soon find products from brands like Macy’sNeiman Marcus and Nordstrom, retailers powered by Demandware like Michaels and Gardener's Supply Company, and thousands of Shopify stores like Poler Outdoor Stuff and SOBU.

Want to get Buyable Pins for your products? Learn how our partnerships with Shopify and Demandware work, plus sign up for the waitlist. We want to make sure we’re setting a high bar for Buyable Pins—we’ll let you know as soon as you can get them!
