Why should I claim my website?
Claiming your website uncovers some great benefits. You’ll get access to custom analytics for all the Pins published from your site. When someone visits your site and they create a Pin from your content, that gets counted too. Claiming your site is also an easy promo opportunity: When people find your Pins on Pinterest, they’ll have somewhere to visit—your website—to learn even more about you.
Can I share account access with someone else on my team?
Yes, you can. Use Pinterest Business Access to give account privileges to other people who work on your brand. You can pick from a wide range of roles and permissions and it’s easy to edit people’s access over time.
How do I get a blue tick on my profile?
Brands with blue ticks on their profile belong to the Verified Merchant Programme. Verified merchants are vetted by the Pinterest team and get access to special shopping features. To join the programme, you’ll need to have an active catalogue and a functioning Pinterest Tag. You’ll also need to meet our Merchant Guidelines. If you’re interested, please apply within the Business hub.
Your key to fine-tuning your results
What’s the Pinterest Tag?
The Pinterest Tag is a piece of code that you add to your website. Once it’s installed, you’ll be able to measure actions people take when they click from your Pinterest Ads to your website. You can measure multiple kinds of conversion events, such as email newsletter sign-ups or checkouts.
The Pinterest Tag helps you to get more granular analytics so that you can improve ad performance over time. It also enables you to create customised audiences for your Pinterest campaigns. A customised audience is a tailored list that makes it easy to reach people based on the options that you choose. You can include website visitors, people on your email list and more.
How do I install the Pinterest Tag?
You’ll find step-by-step instructions in our Help Centre.
