UC Berkeley researchers found a link between viewing positive content online, and feeling positive emotions. In a study with college students, people who used Pinterest every day showed a higher capacity for positive emotions—even in stressful times. In other words, time spent on Pinterest actually improved their emotional wellbeing.1
