Verified Merchant Programme terms.
Participation in the Programme:
Merchant must meet the following requirements on an ongoing basis to participate in the Programme: (i) implement the Pinterest Tag on Merchant’s website (ii) send Pinterest a product catalogue daily (iii) adhere to the Pinterest Merchant Guidelines
Payment:
There are no fees involved in the Verified Merchant Programme.
Publicity:
Merchant gives Pinterest permission to publicly reference its participation in the Programme.
Use of Pinterest’s mark:
Merchant will not use or display any Pinterest mark or logo, including the Verified Merchant Badge, without Pinterest’s prior written approval.
Disclaimers:
Pinterest does not guarantee that Merchant will receive any additional traffic or sales by participating in the Verified Merchant Programme.
Termination:
Pinterest may terminate the Programme at any time for any reason. Either party may suspend or terminate Merchant’s participation in the Programme at any time for any reason.
Relationship:
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership or joint venture between the parties. Merchant is solely responsible for the creation or development of its content on Pinterest.
