Pandora uses Pinterest Performance+ to reach high-intent shoppers, boost return on ad spend and increase sales.

Beautiful products draw attention. Well-run campaigns drive sales. As jewelry brand Pandora aspired to scale in key markets, they wanted to boost conversions online and in-store, and improve their incremental return on ad spend (ROAS). To grow efficiently, they needed a way to turn their existing sparkle into sustained, measurable performance.
They looked to Pinterest because it’s where people go when they’re looking for gifts, as well as seasonal and special-occasion jewelry for themselves. Pandora knew they could reach an audience of high-intent shoppers there, and move them from inspiration to checkout.

Pandora rolled out Pinterest Performance+ across their mid- and lower-funnel campaigns for the US, UK and Germany. They tapped into the AI-powered creative optimization, automated bidding, and smart targeting that are all designed to reduce manual work and maximize conversions.
AI-driven image resizing and creative variations helped achieve better results, while Pandora’s polished product shots kept the ads on-brand. Pinterest Performance+ targeting ensured they reached a broad shopping audience who were actively planning purchases. The campaign also tested promotions, and blended e-commerce goals with influence on in-store shopping, using both digital and offline conversion tracking to validate results.
“
Pinterest Performance+ made our lower-funnel marketing so much more efficient, driving strong incremental ROAS and a greater sales impact both online and off. The results were so compelling, we made Pinterest Performance+ a core part of our ongoing conversions strategy.”
